Refund Policy

Last updated: 3 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations and refunds work for TARGT subscriptions. It applies to all plans purchased directly through targtsales.com and forms part of our Terms of Service. Subscriptions purchased through a third-party app store (such as Google Play or the Apple App Store) are subject to that store's own refund process.

01.How Billing Works

TARGT is a subscription service billed monthly, per licence, in advance. Your billing cycle starts on the date you activate a paid licence and renews automatically on the same date each month until cancelled. The Free plan carries no charge and no billing cycle.

02.Free Trial First

We would rather you test TARGT properly than ask for your money back later. Every account can start on the Free plan or a free trial with no payment details required, so you can evaluate rep tracking, lead management and reporting before spending a cent.

03.Cooling-Off Period

First-time subscribers: 7-day money-back guarantee

If you purchase a paid licence for the first time and TARGT isn't the right fit, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. This aligns with the cooling-off rights provided under Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) for South African consumers, and we extend it to all first-time subscribers regardless of location.

04.Cancellations

You can cancel any licence at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. When you cancel:

We do not charge cancellation fees, and there are no long-term contracts on standard plans.

05.When Refunds Are Issued

Beyond the 7-day cooling-off period, we will issue a refund in the following cases:

06.When Refunds Are Not Issued

We do not provide refunds for:

07.How to Request a Refund

Email support@targtsales.com from the email address linked to your account, or use the contact form. Please include your account name, the invoice or transaction reference, and a short description of the issue.

08.Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, or other applicable consumer protection laws in your country. Where this policy conflicts with a right you hold in law, the law prevails.

09.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email or in-app notice, and changes apply to billing periods starting after the change takes effect.
